How do I return an item?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Returns -


All requests for returns or refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. The return shipment must be made within 3 days of the return request. If it has been more than 14 days since you received your item, we will be able to only offer a store credit. All returns will be inspected for any use or damage, and then the refund or store credit will be processed accordingly. Chicastic is not liable for any return shipping costs. We always advise our customers to carefully choose colors and incase of any doubt about an item, please contact out Customer Service by Email or phone and we will respond within 12 hours. If any item arrives damaged, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform us about return. Fashion Accessories come with no guarantee to not get damaged over use. Although, we select all our inventory very carefully, Chicastic will not be responsible for any goods that get damaged after use! All purses should be returned in their original packaging, taking care not to cause any damage to the art work. If you paid shipping for your purchase, and require a refund or exchange, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
